"Pleasant surprise when we were in this restaurant with friends. friendly service, smiling staff. the frame is very pleasant. The kitchen is excellent. I had taken pasta in the oven that was a real treat and the dish was copied. moment of relaxation without any false note."

"Having been spenfng time in the area for many yarsnow , due to family and friends having property in the area his little place has become a favourite and a visit at to La Tartane at least once a trip is a pretty regular occurrence.I am basing this review on my last visit, but it has been remarkably consistent for many years. As ever we were given a friendly welcome by the owner. This time we decided to eat a bit more than normal (we normally just have crepes and that's it). We decided to have savoury crepes, followed by an ice cream. We also had the cider to accompany the crepes (which is a tradition we have always enjoyed). We finished with espresso and brandy.This time I have visited slightly out of season, and it was just the owner working on his own waiting, I believe there are other staff who wait there when its busier. In any case service was very fast and efficient (and always is), as well as friendly. Nothing to really to add about the venue, its basic and small but clean and very pleasant and that is all that matters with the type of place it is. To summarise it does what is says on the tin, but it does it well. To state the obvious I will be back."
