"Visited tonight as a family treat, ordered two fish and chips and one ham and chips, the portions were laughable, the fish was as flat as a pancake, and each plate averaged about 10 chips, the hame was inedible and rubbery, the best thing about the whole meal was the tartar sauce and that came in a sachet, ordered pancakes for desert and it was like eating two pieces of rubber would not recommend, really disappointed"

"Had problems with just eat. Shocking these days that to order food you have to go through an app but it is what it is. Sad times. Had problems. Order cancelled twice by system. Tried third time. Went through. In the 3rd time I actually added more food on so they would have made more money from me. Called the take away to be greeted by someone who couldn't be bothered to find out facts, and said we've cancelled your order. I tried to say well that's why I'm calling, coz evidently I want the food. No interest in helping. When I asked for the manager they slammed the phone down. Called back to get a rude, pedantic man. When I asked for the manager he said there wasn't one. How can you run a business when no one is in charge. Says it all really. Hence the appalling service. He talked and shouted over the top of me, I kept saying can you hear me over and over because there was that much noise in the background I wasn't sure whether he was just being awkward or genuinely couldn't hear. He still kept shouting over the top of me so couldn't be bothered to find out his facts. I tried to tell them there was a problem with the justeatapp, in case there was more than just me. He had no interest, says its all my fault, it's just me. He just wouldn't listen. How to ruin a business. It resulted in me insulting him with a name and swearing. I couldn't help myself. Jumped up little man. I used to order from you quite a bit. Not any more. I'll go elsewhere and make sure I pass word round although from the reviews I'd say it won't matter. Your food isn't the best. The only reason I ordered from you is because you want the lowest spend on the app. Shocking. Disgusting. Obviously thinks he doesn't need the business. Next time I won't call up to discuss if there is a problem with another restaurant. I'll just let it be problematic and escalate. Ruined my evening."

"Stumbled across it today and thought it would be cheap and nasty but I was shocked how good it actually was. What can you get for these days but here you get a full carvery which was ample and the staff are cheerful. Well...worth a visit"
