"Marinas Taverna was recommended by our taxi driver to the town of Corfu. He told us it was a family business and known among locals. He recommended we order Pastitsio and so we did without knowing what it was until it arrived! It was delicious to our surprise. We also ordered grilled octopus and bread, oil and tsatsiki. We enjoyed our dinner and passed the Pastitsio recommendations to friends."

"BRAVO. We had experienced some good family style Greek cuisine in Corfu, but wanted a fine culinary experience. Veneto Now has not disappointed. The winemaker with us found the wine selection excellent and the sommelier extremely knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations that corresponded to the food. We ordered 8 plates to share and everyone was well composed with excellent flavors. The Kalbtar was a wonderful surprise, the pasta from Sardinia with truffles was the sky and they did not pour on the truffle. The octopus was cut thin and perfectly cooked. The Corfu Pastitsada was a beautiful change as it used lasagna noodles and chicken. The calfs with foil-grass sauce and sweet bread and lamp were all unforgettable and the scorpion fish filled with shrimp zucchini flower was something special. We will always remember the sourdough bread and the fish roe mousse that was for to die. Overall, the price for all 6 guests was less than what we paid for 1 in a Michelin restaurant. We'll be back when we sail from Corfu. And yes, even with your phone card, it is a challenge to find in the maze of the old Corfu city."

"Extremely disappointed by the service and the food! Can honestly say the worst restaurant in Corfu. Out waiter suggested us to take the “Mixed grill for two” (35€ and she emphasized that it’s A LOT of food. In the picture it’s the plate we got. Not only the amount of food is not worth 35€, it was tasteless and extremely disappointing. My boyfriend comes from a Mediterranean country so we know how seafood should taste. Another thing, when we received our bill we noticed that we got charged extra for water and bread that we didn’t touched on the table. We told our waitress that we are not happy with the quality of food and she answered “Thank you very much”! Needless to say that we left the restaurant hungry."

"I rarely enjoyed a culinary experience as much as I enjoyed it. The women who run this cafe are so nice, it's amazing that they lead the whole place in themselves. The antique shop is small, but so cozy and you can dine in the shop. They feel part of the antique business, even the cups in which they serve coffee, are part of the experience. The food is also really good, an absolutely perfect brunch. The outdoor area is ideal for sunny days and the interior is the best place for cloudy and cold days. I recommend Bizou to all who visit Corfu, vegan or not."

"It´s a pretty famous place for ice cream in Corfu. I was happy to find not only different kinds of fruit sorbets and dark chocolat (the vegan regulars) but four more soy-based flavours. Tried them all and liked them all. You can also get bigger chunks with their ice cream for home storage (haven´t found that anywhere else on the island), but better call before to make sure they have what you want. You won´t get any milk alternative for your coffee though."

"Taverna Malibu is amazing! It is located in a beautiful spot above the water in St George (sun beds can be hired on Malibu beach during the day and come with a free frappe). Gorgeous views and even better sunset! The food is DELICIOUS! Gabby speaks 8 languages and the menu is written in 3. She is able to talk to you about which meals are vegan and which can be adjusted. My top picks: big beans, grilled vegetables, spaghetti Napoli with mushrooms and eggplant dip. DEFINITELY GO! Updated from previous review on 2018-07-17"
