"We had dinner at the restaurant the m and we had a great evening. The atmosphere is intimate, the servers are competent and very kind. the setting is magnificent: the atmosphere of this castle is not denatured. we went to the restaurant a few weeks after the deconcency that followed the Covid-19 crisis. The menu was therefore limited: the choice was between 2 menus, 2 dishes and 2 desserts. Inside, we took the foie gras: excellent! The dishes allowed us to taste the trout and the calf rib. As a personal matter, I preferred the veal coast: its cooking and accompaniment were excellent as well. the big strong point of the trout terrine: its tobacco of leaves collected in the castle garden. We have eaten at our hunger, the dishes are sufficiently copied. for proof, we didn’t take cheese and took a dessert for two: the chocolate melt I recommend. for the wines, we took a half bottle of pomerol 2014. the kitchen of this restaurant comes to kill the one found in restaurants 1 star."

"The best meal I had in France so far and definitely one of the best in my life. I chose the delice menu and it was more than enough food even if you are starving like I was when I got here. After we placed...our order we were brought three different starters; all delicious and elegant in both taste and presentation. It followed by mozzarella gazpacho; again delicious and innovative. The starter was mackerel, one fish I do not like, but my husband loved it. We then had some sort of white fish, slipped my mind which, and it was amazing. After the fish I had the duck with potato and grilled vegetables. Both of these dishes were unique and refreshing. After this we got some sorbet to clean the pallet followed by dessert that was out of this world and some more complementary dessert with the presentation style tying in to the complimentary starters. Amazing meal, great ambiance. The price of the meal I had was 69 euro and I feel it was underpriced for the quality and experience you get. In NYC I pay anywhere from $150 to $200 for a comparable restaurant experience. If you are a foodie like I am make a reservation and go eat here, you will not regret it. Unfortunately I'm allergic to most wine so I can't comment on that."
