"Checked in late to hotel and arrived late in evening to the restaurant on Wednesday. We were the only people there and the staff was preparing the table for the morning. We warmly welcomed by our waitress Sylvie and she never once made us feel rushed. We ordered Veal medallions done in carmel ginger sauce this was mind blowing good! Also had griled Pork chop done with honey soya glaze also cooked perfectly moist inside. Both were accompanied by fresh root vegetables done perfectly. In the morning we had breakfast the Egg Benedict with home fries once again truly mastered by the chef. Highly recommended"
