"Visited Morcega Petiscaria for a drink when we visited Evora. It’s located in a very cosy street full of small bar/restaurants. We enjoyed a beer a soda in the street. Service was attentive. Can’t speak for the food, but the menu looks promising! Would definately visit for dinner as well, place got a good vibe :"

"We dare to say that this was the best breakfast of our trip! Delicious banana pancakes, yogurt, toast and fresh granola. Super friendly service and the place has a lovely ambiance. Go here if you are in Evora!"

"Stale bread, likely 2-3 days old, average soup, horrible steak (seriously, the beef was so bad, the worse I ever had in Portugal). Overall just terrible food with very low quality. Service was ok, the decoration of the dining room looked like the owner went to the attic and placed all the old junk on the walls. Definitely a place never to repeat. It looked like their customers are all tourists that walk in because of the location, I 'm sure most people won 't go back. Very disappointing."

"They serve raw meat! Do not eat here. We ordered 3 bifanas and 2 out of the 3 had pieces that weren’t cooked. When I told the waitress all she said was “it happens”. They didn’t apologise at all and were so rude especially the waitress. They should be closed down."

"This is a wonderful hidden gem, which does a limited variety of pastelaria (always a good sign), each one of which is as good as you will ever find. Very pleasant young staff and the pastéis slightly different from the usual in that the pastry is slightly thicker but beautifully crisp, so that the contrast between the smooth custard and the pastry is more marked. Don't pass on the local queijadas, too."

"Not the best experience in what regards to the local cuisine, good tomato soup and the rest was just decent. Only one person serving tables, maybe that explain the unhappy face everytime somebody came in. While I was there even happened that a small group came in and left."
