Very nice decoration and presentation I went for a very simple expresso and a pastel de nata. The pastel was ok but not one of the best. The cream is tasty and fresh but I didn’t loved the flavour itself View all feedback.
If you a lover of pasteis de nata you will be delighted! There are all other different kinds of Portuguese pastries fresh and tasty. You can have coffee, tea and a very professional and kind service. We loved it!
This is a wonderful hidden gem, which does a limited variety of pastelaria (always a good sign), each one of which is as good as you will ever find. Very pleasant young staff and the pastéis slightly different from the usual in that the pastry is slightly thicker but beautifully crisp, so that the contrast between the smooth custard and the pastry is more marked. Don't pass on the local queijadas, too.

Melhor experiência humana que vivi. Quem for a Évora, não pode deixar de conhecer a Fábrica, sua gente maravilhosa, suas noites de fado e seu pastel maravilhoso. Amei!!!!!
