"Out of season and really only a few diners in a room with plenty of covers. Staff very friendly and attentive. I had the BBQ burger excellent quality and large (c350gms! with good toppings. One of my friends had the fish burger which he declared excellent; it was made of pieces of fish rather than a mash. And good beer too!"

"Wir haben uns für dieses Jahr mal den Norden von Deutschland aus gesucht und sind auf Fehmarn gelandet. Uns wurde als Fischrestaurant das Aalhus empfohlen. Ich muß sagen das man im Ruhrgebiet, wir kommen aus Duisburg, lange suchen muß um so Fisch essen zu können wenn man überhaupt fündig wird. Die Fehmarner Fischpfanne war einfach absolute Spitzklasse. Der Fisch (Lachs, Dorsch, Scholle und Garnelen) waren auf den Punkt gegart und perfekt gewürzt. Auch die Bratkartoffeln und den Salat muß ich erwähnen. Das Restaurant ist eine umgebaute Scheune das eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre besitzt und stilvoll eingerichtet ist. Der Service war gut und es lief alles recht zügig ab, obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war. Und was für mich auch wichtig war, Hunde sind willkommen.Also ich finde das Aalhus sehr empfehlenswert."
