"Fantastic hot chocolate, haven't tried the coffee yet, but I will soon! I like the atmosphere here, it's good and dark for my tired eyes. There's even a bright room for people more inclined to the light. The chevre/pear sandwich was perfection. Great place."

"Several ramen dishes on the menu are vegan, there’s also one vegan steamed bun with tofu and mushrooms. And I love that you get fresh garlic with the ramen so you can add as much as you’d like. Worth noting is that they also offer gluten free alternatives!"

"I tried 2 times (alone)while I was in the city and it was always fully booked.First time was a Friday at 7 and second time a Thursday at 5 and both times I had to leave because this place was fully booked (although it looked pretty empty).So I can not recommend going there without a reservation. Fortunately there is a vegan burger place in the same street where I was twice."

"I ate here a few times during my stay in Gothenburg. You enter and choose the prepared sandwich from the case. I like this because you see what you are always helpful when you are uncertain what to order. The owner is beautiful, upbeat and speaks English very well. Anyway, you sit yourself and the owner brings your choice. The sandwiches (tartins) are very fresh and vary from day to day. Examples are smoked salmon, or Fried Fish, or Tiny Shrimp on ground egg or Roast beef. You pay when you're ready to go. Very recommended!"

"Tasty and savoury ramen and udon soup with very generous toppings. We had a lot of tender beef cuts and grilled pork in our bowl—totally a good value for money. Unfortunately the owner/cook seemed to be working on his own so he seemed to be overwhelmed and not that friendly. The hospitality could’ve been improved but all in all, good meals."

"I've come here for over 10 years for the food but recently my experience here has been really bad due to the service specially by the server Embla. Food is good but if you are looking for a nice welcoming server who'd actually want to help you, this isn't the place. (This review is written in 2022 december)"

"This is imaginative, inspirational food at its very best. From the menu descriptions of the dishes, you'd think that this was a fairly quotidian bistro. Well, you'd be wrong. Every dish is intensely delicious, combining tastes and textures that you would never have imagined. I had to wait a minute or two between each mouthful, just to consider and properly understand the flavours. Honestly: this is the best meal I've had for years."
