"Great place to eat tapas and other traditional Spanish cuisine. Its location in the old part of Heidelberg in the pedestrian zone is well located for walks through the city afterwards. It is a primitive little place so reservations may be prudent as it is quite popular and does not have many tables."

"We went for dinner after reading the trotter guide and all the good reviews on TripAdvisor. But the service was not nice at all, they looked like they didn't like there job. The food was very average. The salad was an uninspired pile of Lola...Rosa and some cheap feta. It felt more like a tourist trap."

"First impression: superficial cleaning. I chose a table outside and the seat beside me had bird poo, some grated carrot, and piece of lettuce on it. Second impression: slow service. Although I was the only guest in the morning, it took about 10 minutes until...I got a menu and again several minutes until someone took my order. The waitstaff was very friendly though. Final impression: food not that great either. I ordered the Till Ritter omelette with mushrooms, shrimps and cheese, accompanied by a basket of bread. I understand that an omelette with cheese is greasier than an omelette only made of eggs, but that omelette was shiny from oil and quite solid, not fluffy as an omelette should be. The bread basket consisted of two rolls with butter on the side. The regular roll was okay but the multigrain roll must have been a day old, it was very tough to cut and to chew."

"We (m27, w26) have settled in the beer garden on a Saturday evening at 18:00 o'clock. the service was super friendly and very on zack. as an appetizer we had the garnel and a tomato soup. both good portions, best seasoned and very tasty. as main food followed the rustic mixing plate as well as the leberkäse with mirror egg. both very tasty. we were super tired. Whoever likes it is super-resolved here. we like to come back."
