"Our first evening meal post lockdown was at Sessions, perfectly appropriate as a former jail. It was great to be back, the food was excellent as usual and it was a pleasure to be served by young, enthusiastic people learning the hospitality business. The rarebit starter was beautifully cooked, my wife loved her hake and I was especially impressed with the pork belly and pork cheek. A really innovative dish that hit the spot congratulations to the chef. My wife was amazed with her passion fruit dessert and I enjoyed my chocolate torte (though wish I'd followed her lead with the passion fruit). Matching wines were great and I thoroughly enjoyed my Old Fashioned aperitif. Value for money? The best available in Lincolnshire, in my view. A perfect evening, and as always, perfectly marshalled by the gentleman in charge. We'll be back!"

"I don’t use this place any more, as I don’t think the quality is good enough. There are many bargains but most of what they sell is the cheapest quality of Asian manufacture. They do keep some well known brands, but I don’t think they are any better than Savers or Wilco’s on these and I can’t see the need to make a special trip here. Does seem popular for people to buy Garden and leisure items through their business but not something I would do. They do have there own car park and they allow retail as well as trade customers now."

"This is one of the best Chinese destinations in lincoln. they cook really delicious dishes and offer these services also quickly. they may have to be a little patient. I'm not disappointed yet."

"Went in there at a busy lunchtime. No tables available for 30 mins. Staff seemed very disorganized, with everyone running here and there. Customers were supposed to wait at the door until called, but this was was abandoned by the staff. We eventually got a table and were given a menu. Waitress said she would give us a few minutes to decide what we wanted, but never came back for 15 mins. She informed us the hot meals would be subject to a 40 min delay, so we ordered scones. A few moments later a waiter arrived and requested we paid for what we had ordered, but still no food. After another 20 minutes they told us they had no fruit scones but we could have plain ones. Fine. Another 10 minutes before said scones arrived. Mine was almost burnt around the edges and very hard. In all, this meal took 75mins from start to finish."

"Very disappointed. I had a takeaway back in April that was lovely although I did have to wait 4 hours. 3 Past what I was told it would be with no corispondance and unable to contact. So forward to this week and I was craving salt and pepper chips so decided to have a takaway. They phoned me up to tell me I would have to pay an extra £5 on delivery. I didn't the previous time. They also said it would be a hour and a half not the hour stated. I agreed as the last one was so nice. It came within time but the food was awful. The chips were just chips that had had 5 spice sprinkled over them as an after thought. The chicken balls were well some were undercooked and some over cooked how that happend I have no idea. The noodles were again just sprinkled with spice as an after thought. The rice was cold. The curry was the best thing but it was only avarage. £27 for a meal I ate about £3 of. Will not be ordering again."
