Imagine my excitement when the first time in Vietnam and I see cafes on every corner. #winning<br br/>Then I find out that Adelaide has its own little Vietnam on The Parade. Not only do they have Vietnamese phin coffee but they make Italian coffee, and they're pretty good at it too. <br br/>This night I didn't want a coffee, I came with one specific purpose. To eat Pho. It was an easy choice for me, Pho Ga, Pho with chicken.<br br/>Sooooo much more to tell you, so press the link underneath and head over to my blog. "Customer service is not great. We were told that we couldn't redeem the voucher because we didn't book, but the voucher fine print says that we booking is not required for takeaway. Once I pointed that out to them, they told us that we had...to wait for to mins even though the shop was empty. The food was eventually served in mins. We ordered double beef and bacon burger with chips and a drink. Chips were good. Burger top bun was icy cold, and meat was juicy but not very plain. I understand that small business is doing really tough out there, but I think this store can do a lot better than this. Customer service is the key to attract and keep your customers. So far, these guys are not doing themselves any favour. Sorry, will not return."

"Absolutely rubbish customer service and food- what a waste of money- came in happy and left very upset. We came today for a nice family lunch. We ordered a hot dog with a little bit of ketchup, No mustard and fries and Smashed Avo on...Sourdough. The hotdog came with mustard and lots of ketchup smothered all over it. I mentioned to the waiter that we requested only a little ketchup and No mustard. He took it back and then brought out a hot dog basically smothered in ketchup the point that my daughter couldn’t eat the bread roll. Then my smashed Avo (see pic of menu) came out and I had a bite, nearly cracked my tooth on the “roasted beetroot” then all I could taste was a bitter taste of bread which turned out to be rye and was barely toasted! Way too heavily drenched in a poor quality olive oil too. It was horrible. I expressed concerns to the waitress who offered some wholemeal bread. I said I didn’t have time to wait and don’t eat wholemeal bread. I ordered specifically for the sourdough. I talked to the manager after I felt like the waitress was full of “smart attitude”. The manager was equally rude in fact she told me that I was rude and they never had any complaints previously and never had people asking for a refund (I asked for a partial refund as I could not eat the meal- I left it exactly as it is in the picture really disappointing experience and upset my little girl as well as me..."

"I went to enjoy a serve of scrambled eggs with my daughter for breakfast , I was horrified at the lack of service , I got a what was that and then a disgruntled take a seat wherever and scarcely and sat where a big pack of toilet roll was left for the toilet , but decided not to even ask him to move this because he was in such a grumpy mood : I then went to pay and was concentrating on him serving me and my lovely little girl who is sweet but very chatty was talking to me , the owner in a nasty tone asked me , are u listening to your daughter when she talks to you. ?
