"Very low quality food and extremely slow service.. ordered a ghee roast, once could smell the over fermented batter.. after sometime, the dosa became very hard like a door mat... the set dosa was two mini uttapam , again tasteless.. the chutneys were bland and...lacked salt.. the red chutney, you could literally taste the uncooked garlic.. when asked for some extra chutney , it was served directly from the fridge after 20 mins.. the veg dum biriyani which came after half an hour was microwave heated and lacked spice and salt .. the potato pieces in the biriyani were partially cooked.. the ordered coffee was basically microwaved/boiled milk mixed with instant coffee powder and not indian filter coffee... its been a long time i had such a pathetic culinary experience in a south indian restaurant.. very dissappointed"

"Tried calling restaurant for an hour with no answer so drove there to see if was open to which it was they was ignoring the phone, so I made my order and waited 20 mins then I thought I would run through the order and check it as was quite a big order to which they were missing a portion of chicken balls so she said I didn’t charge you but I went through the order twice before was cooked but ended up paying extra and waited extra 15 mins. I won’t go here again for the fact that they was rude and unapologetic"

"I visited the cafe for breakfast with my family. My first question to the assistant was Do you have Gluten Free bread? She answered Yes, we do . Great i thought. I 'll have the halloumi vegetarian breakfast with GF bread please , then the assistance said oh we don 't have gluten free bread! Isn 't that what my 1st question was?? Then she said I could swap the toast for an extra hash brown. Are your hash browns GF? , assitant: I 'm not sure, probably not! I suggested she ask a colleague to see if they were wheat free or not but she then said she had a customer ask the same thing the other day and was now sure they weren 't! As im wheat intolerant thankfully not coelliac i decided to go for porridge as did my son. So 2 porridges, plus items for my other son husband. She asked were we paying card or cash but then didnt say how much the total was. I obviously had to read that off the till for myself! Then the order came with only 1 porridge!! She had only put 1 through which not checking my receipt I 'd not realised so we then had to wait for a 2nd porridge to be brought over. I felt really let down that she did not go and find out about any of my questions and that a cafe in a supermarket that sells GF items do not supply them to eat in the cafe. I did feel that she needed extra training in dietary requirements as I 'm sure I 'm not the only one to ask these type of questions and also that she should feel able to ask colleagues for advice if she isn 't sure. Im glad i don 't live nearby as I would not be going back to this particular cafe again."

"I went here with my family after it opened up recently. I have to say i had one of the most amazing rib eye steaks ever. Family had chicken wraps and we all enjoyed it. Came back with friend and it was never the same. Steak was a real let down. Also they didn't have Beef Brisket or Honey Ribs available (but are on menu). Tried calling them on phone no but no one picks up. Don't even go to answer phone. So its hit and miss like most places."

"Had a full English vegetarian breakfast here today. I wouldn't say it was the best, but not the worst I've had either. The breakfast consisted of 2 Quorn sausages, plum tomatoes (tinned), a hash brown, beans, a mushroom, 2 fried eggs and 2 slices of...fried or toasted bread. I asked if I could have scrambled eggs instead of fried, which was not a problem at all. So quite a good value meal for the £4.25 I paid. The lady at the counter needed to brush up on her customer service skills, not very friendly at all, but I find that a lot of people in this sort of business are like that nowadays, which is a shame. The breakfast arrived within minutes of me sitting down. The cafe wasn't very busy, but I was impressed with how quickly the food arrived. The server herself was very polite. She showed me where the cutlery was and said enjoy your meal and off she went. Now to the breakfast itself, the mushroom was undercooked, (I was expecting sliced mushrooms, but it was one whole mushroom), could have done with being in the pan a lot longer. The sausages were cooked really well. The hash brown was tasty, but was a little pale on one side, cooked through though. I'm not a fan of tinned plum tomatoes, I should've asked them to omit them, but didn't think to do so at the time of ordering. The scrambled eggs didn't seem freshly made, I think they may have been the frozen type that some restaurants/cafes serve, looked a bit too yellow, taste was OK. The bread seemed to have been deep fried in oil, it was crisp, but very oily (I think I should've opted for toasted bread instead). Overall a nice place, quite quiet at the time I went in (11am). There is quite a good choice for breakfast; omelettes, egg on toast, full English, porridge etc. In my personal opinion the food could have been better. (Apologies for the photo of a half eaten plate of food, forgot to take a photo before I started digging in)"

"I have been to dozens of Chinese take aways, but this one always comes out on top, the food they serve is great, the crispy fried duck is great (which is important for me) and the prices beat all other local Chinese take aways by about £1 per item... Which really adds up on a large order. Only issue i have ever had is sometimes I have had to wait an extra 10/15 minutes because the shop is busy, but can hardly make a complaint about that. Id recommend to anyone"

"I was so looking forward to this restaurant. I had heard good things about it but, unfortunately it wasn’t what we were expecting. The food did not taste great for the price they charged us. Food was not hot but rather cold. Eggs didn’t taste good either and the sausage , well, let’s just say it really wasn’t the taste we were expecting. I would just avoid this place at all cost."
