"We live less than 3 miles away and have been driving past this place to get a Chinese take away for years, who’s the fool! This was truly the best takeaway I have had in area, good portion size, food was fresh and tasty, the egg fried rice was especially nice not greasy at all. We had: one portion of sweet and sour chicken, crispy beef, chicken satay, spare ribs and egg fried rice. Here is hoping the food is consistently good, looking forward to the next takeaway already."

"The guy who runs this place is such a hard worker with an eye for quality I have no idea where he gets his energy from .. but I'll have a pint of what he is on! An excellent selection of artisan meats, cheese, pies and chocolates. You can take freshly prepared sandwiches/baguettes away and he serves tea and coffee to take out too he did have a two seat table in the shop but I don't think that is there any more. Was open 7 days a week from early until late but I think he may have worked out what his optimum opening times are and may have fallen in with those but I might be wrong. Plenty of off street parking further up in the village but none around the shop which I think has been its downfall in the past but he has a regular patronage now so that doesn't matter so much and of course, regular customers means fresh produce! What is not to like?"
