"The Chicken Parmesan always pleases with its flavors and perfectly cooked chicken. The Penthouse Salad was very tasty with lots of ingredients, and the remoulade dressing was a nice change from my usual blue cheese dressing. This was a small salad, however, it was enough for two people as a side dish. finally, the creole style cheese cake with bananas foster topping and an amazing crustwas a perfect way to finish the meal."

"Rarely we ate such terrible food. We didn't finish our meals even though we were hungry. My cup of gum soup was a mud of shredded chicken and such hot peppers I could taste nothing else. The shrimps and geese had a sauce that tasted like ketchup with extra sugar and was almost as hot as the gumbo. But the restaurant was almost empty at noon, our waitress was very pleasant, and the beer was cold and good. Looks like a place where Undergrads might have a good time drinking on Saturday night, but Open Table is full of places much, much better than eating a place."
