What User likes about French Quarter Brasserie Boulder:
this is our second time in this restaurant. four of five of us are louisiana native and think that this restaurant is quite authentic. the hurricanes are great. we love the slap yo mama appetizer, especially with the alligator. the oysters are large, both raw and fibrous. we also had the jambalaya, red beans and rice, edofee and cajun pasta. the beignets were too dense. instead they go to brotpudding. What User doesn't like about French Quarter Brasserie Boulder:
I was born and raised in louisiana, so I am very critical of eating. the pan roasted alligator was delicious, but the jambalaya was suppe. they were not willing to serve crustaceans, so I ordered garnelen etouffee. I was not satisfied. if a restaurant claims to serve louisiana, then they should either learn the recipes or a local cook in the kitchen for authenticity. View all feedback.
