"I am a loyal customer for red ribbon bergenfield and proud of the filipino food there. This time i am so pissed. I made a mistake placing the order on their website theres option of pick up and delivery. I called right away 5x with 5 10 min space in between. Nobody picks up the phone. A guy called me at 4:30 asking when will i pick up the order. I told him what happened. He said they are understaff one in kitchen and one in counter. Whenever i go to the store it was not that busy like jollibee. So nobody can even picks up and let me on hold? Their phone line does not even have voicemail. This turned me off i cant believe IT WAS TERRIBLE better sit there and see if they will make your order on time. I will wait and see if they will give the refund 4 5 business days."
