"Fish chips from here had become my guilty pleasure and I'd recommended the place to several friends. Sadly my visit yesterday will be my last. One medium-sized fish with rock-hard batter, a portion of pasty looking chips and a small carton of peas certainly did not justify the price of £11.80 Normally when I get home everything is hot and ready to eat but the latest offering had to go in the microwave, not what I expected at all. I can't justify paying that amount for fish chips, even if they had been good quality.
