"I received a phone call from the manager and he apologized for handling the situation the way he did! I received a call from the manager who apologized for the way he handled the situation. I received a phone call from the manager and he apologized for the way he handled the situation. The owner will be reimbursing us with a gift card. This is good customer service from the owner. Ordered the special cheese and pepperoni pizza, 20 Sweet Honey Cajun wings and pop. Picked up order when got order home, pizza was wrong and we didn't get correct wings, their was no taste of honey at all, we got just cajun. We got a cheese pizza, I called to let them know we got the wrong pizza. Per employee, manager said we had to bring back the pizza and they would trade it for the correct pizza. The pizza had no taste to it, was like cardboard. The wings were not correct either, I specifically asked for the sweet honey Cajun. I even reiterated the whole order to the employee. This is no way to run a business, besides what would they do with the incorrect pizza? I tried calling them back more than once and no answer. They should have offered to deliver the correct pizza ? Needless to say they lost a good customer!!"

"OMG how in the world did we miss this place in the past. Homemade fresh food made exactly how you want it. We will be back, oh yes many, many times in the future. BTW, thank you kindly for making space for us tonight when we did not have reservations. Also for everyone being so kind, coming over and making sure our experience and food was the best. Of that there is no doubt, you folks do it right! Oh and if you are wondering what we had to eat? Not telling! Everything we had was over the top and the compliments from around the reastaruant tells me there is not a bad dish in the house. So if you are in Erie or passing through it's in your best interest to make sure and make some time for the dinner of your life!"

"Our table was ready right on time; we were greeted so kindly; we were able to secure the front, window table; the service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely incredible. One, small note/suggestion this is SO MINOR there were dishes/glasses piled up at the end of the bar that were directly facing our table. I completely understand it was the end of the night and time to clean up wondering why the bartender, with help from this amazing staff of folks, couldn't mitigate that more efficiently. Again a super minor note on an otherwise perfect and highly enjoyable evening. We will be back and encourage all of our friends to make reservations. Thank you again for a great evening!"

"Gaucho de Argentina is a meeting point in style. However, you have a few tables if you want the dune in option. The empanadas are super flaky and tasty and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Will definitely return and I live in Arvada."
