"We decided to stop for lunch at West Street Grill. It had been a few years since we were here. Walking in, we were immediately greeted by Mr. O’Shea. He stopped by our table a few times with a couple of recommendations. His focus on his customers, attention to detail and commitment to providing the best experience was obvious. Our food, from the appetizer to dessert was absolutely delicious. Our server, even on her second day did an excellent job. We are so glad we stopped."

"Delicious and full of flavor from appetizers to desserts. Great selection of both alcohol and non alcohol drinks. Try the jalapeño blood orange mock-tail. The eggplant caprese was so full of flavor and perfectly prepared! Split a pizza and then ordered desserts to go. Wonderful experience!"

"This has definitely been our go to place in town for pizzas and subs. After my experience this evening, I am not sure that I will be coming back. I called at 5:05 to place an order for a large pepperoni pizza. I was told it would be 30 minutes. By the time I got to the register to pay, it was about 35 minutes after I placed the order. After I paid for my whole purchase, the cashier told me that it would be a little bit longer on the pizza. When I questioned it, she asked the women preparing the food if they had started on my order. They had not even started to make the pizza yet. At that point I told them that I was not going to wait and asked for my money back. It was a very disappointing experience. I could understand if they were super busy and the pizza needed a couple more minutes to cook. But it is unacceptable when I call ahead, was given a 30 minute wait and when I show up the pizza has not even been made yet. I have seen this place super busy and it was not busy tonight, so I am not really sure what the issue was."
