"It's taken us 18 months to come here, we only live 5 minutes away. This is a true country pub with lots of regular customers. The food is really good quality and good value. We had the 5 for £30 tapas deal and were very happy with out choices. Pretty much everything was homemade and big portions very good value! I look forward to returning to try more food and get to know the staff a little bit more. Price per person: £20–30"

"We held our wedding reception at Benedict's in September 2023 and honestly I don’t even know where to begin to thank the team for all they did for our wedding, words just don’t seem enough. I can honestly say from the minute I first walked through the door , I knew I wanted to have my wedding at Benedict’s. We have never experienced such fantastic, personable customer service, such intricate attention to detail and not to mention the out of this world culinary delights that were produced from the kitchen, it was nothing short of incredible. Each and every member of staff worked so hard to make our wedding a success, nothing was too much trouble and we had the best day. I cannot recommend Benedict's enough, just perfect from beginning to end. Jenni"

"Lovely place, so much potential here to be an amazing place to go. We have been in the last few weeks and it was very quiet but staff very friendly, welcoming and kind. No food at the moment but hopefully will be in the summer season. Although there is such a massive amount of choice on the menu and would probably be better a lot less on the menu and make a really food job of a few things rather than trying to do everything!!! This place could be amazing x"
