"Service was good, and pub is really nice inside. Food is very average, think Whetherspoons. Crispy squid was pretty greasy and had freezer burn. They can only do the burgers well done not medium, which means they don't meet the hygiene/processing standards to be served rare, so presumeably are from a packet. At £16.45 in a busy pub, it's a bit odd they aren't making their own fresh burgers. Chips came out cold, but were quickly replaced."

"Started off the evening at the steak house with a couple of cocktails. Preferring the rhubarb blush over the Hennessey julep as that needed a bit more sweetness to be as good as the other. We then went for the steak tartare which had a...duck egg ontop which made all the difference and the scallops with mango puree and red pepper as a shared starter which were both fantastic. When I go back next time I'm still ordering both as I could never decide which one was better than the other. After the starters we both decided on going for the gaucho sampler which consisted off four different steaks. Rib eye, sirloin, fillet, and rump. The truffle in the side order of Mac and cheese was great the only complaint being I didn't order two of them. One wasn't enough for two people to share. The board was a great way of serving the steak but to be left with blood on the table wasn't great. Quickly attended to by Petya which smoothed everything over as if nothing had happened. We then finished the meal with a belter of a dulche de leche cheesecake and i would go back again just for that. The marshmallow made all the difference just a tiny bit more of it on the plate and it would have been perfect. Throughout the meal we experienced a top level of service from Petya. She was nice and attentive as well as being knowledgeable. Also she let us take our time in deciding what we wanted but at the same time she was experienced enough to let us enjoy the meal and even convincing us to go from a rare steak to medium rare seeing as some of the steaks on the sampler were better that way. Top job and thanks very much for making our evening. Petya is a great worker for the company to retain and is a worthwhile investment for the management team in Gaucho Richmond in the future. Will definitely be returning on a day where we can have a few more cocktails as there was too many to go for and then drive home and try and few different things from the superb wine list and other items off the menu such as the swordfish or the lambshank and hopefully the sampler doesn't win us over again. For anyone near Richmond it's a great place for an amazing array of steaks and a definite visit if you haven't already. Great food, great team, great atmosphere just a shame there isn't any parking near by."

"I've passed by the shop often but was slightly intimidated by the hipster y appearance, I only just recently let my curiosity get the better of me and popped in and bought 3 different empanadas to try on my way home. I assumed the Ham and...Cheese would be the most boring tasting of the lot, but it was so very good it might be my favourite! The Beef and Chicken were very yummy too and the people in the shop were very pleasant and polite and efficient, lovely experience all around. Now I just have to control my temptation to go crazy and head home with a great big bag of them one of these evenings. (Also it's quite a nice change to have something like this that it isn't dripping with butter or oil and yet somehow not at all dry. Having just looked up their website before posting this, it's worth noting that I completely missed the fact that they also sell alfajores (which if you haven't ever tried are the most amazing biscuits sandwiched with dulce de leche though that description really doesn't do them justice . I don't know if they're selling them now but something to keep an eye out for."

"EXCELLENT FOOD! Standard drinks options at normal London prices, but the food was fantastic! We had Sunday roast for three and it was delicious and there was more than enough food. Our vegetarians had some good options: the veggie fish and chips was fantastic. They do offer a full vegetarian roast dinner but you have to book it 48hrs in advance and we only booked the day before."
