"We took our golf carts from mid-island and eventually found our way to El Charco. It is situated in a really cute little neighborhood off the beaten path. The service at the restaurant was incredibly helpful and friendly. I ordered the Enchilada Suiza and my wife had the Arrochera tacos. These were the best we had all week in Isla Mujeres and we ate out every single night. The side condiments that are available were also amazing. The potatoes were especially delicious. I would go here over an over again! I highly recommend!"

"This is a real world local restaurant located in La Gloria, the part of the island where the locals live. Food is SOOOO flavorful. I had the surf and turf, 7-year-old (who loves shrimp) had the garlic shrimp and wife had the arrachera. Everyone loved their meals. Service was friendly. Don;'t expect anything fancy in terms of surroundings or decor. You're here for the food."
