We were eating at one of the finer restaurants in Isla and asked the hosts where they go for real Mexican/Mayan dishes like from their mothers kitchen. The best guacamole on the island. Most flavorful tostadas. Local prices. The hosts make you feel like you are welcomed in their home. The picture is misleading as they are not on the corner any longer.
