"I had dinner at flores during a visit to san francisco with a friend. we were recommended to the restaurant by a local. eating was plentiful when a little expensive, but eating was delicious. the tacos and suppe were more spicy than expected, but I absolutely loved them. highlights were the fresh guacamole with nachos. the cocktails were very strong and tasteful."

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"At the new location. it was excited to try it when I had lunch in the midtown location for lunch a few times a month and loved everything I had there! the decor in this location is uplifted and a bit trendy. very nice, clean lines. the personal was friendly. I was happy. until the salsa and goldenqueso arrived. the salsa was completely absent from acid. very bland tasting. I almost asked the waitress on a little bit of a lime! the Queensize program is the half of the size they get at their midtown position and not close so thick. in any case not the same foods so far. the chips were even different, but still they were very good, only much bigger if that is possible! "We went to the special dinner for Christmas Eve. The Prix Fixe menu was interesting and varied. There were 4 of us. Most opted for red snapper in a polblano sauce. It was absolutely delicious. There was on dark mole tenderloin, cooked as requested and also delicious. The salads were complex and huge. Lobster/crab bisque was good, but not as outrageously good as the other courses. Best appetizer, baked oysters, Excellent flavor and balance and the presentation was beautiful. Chocolate mousse cake outstanding, bread pudding OK and rum raisin ice cream also tasty finished off the four courses. We'll be back"

"We have had several enjoyable meals over the years at Dos Peros, tonight's was nothing of the sort. While were waiting for 40 min for food we happened to learn the location is closing soon. My opinion just close now. The queso fundido cam out and was literally a soup could not even get anything on a chip as it just ran off. Everything else was lacking in flavor guac, burrito, tacos. Really disappointed to finish with a last meal there like this."

"Made reservations for a Saturday glad we did. The enchiladas de pato and the carne asada special were fantastic, the octopus tostones were delicious and pur server was wonderful, not overbearing but attentive. My spur of Ramon cocktail was a little sweet but also delicious. All in all, worth visiting, especially for date night"
