"We had a group of 11 that came down specifically to eat here. We walked across the border and grabbed 3 cabs. The vehicles were clean and the drivers polite, even though they did not speak English. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated shortly, it was probably around 2 pm. Everyone ordered something different I think and all were pleased with their choices. I'll attach a few pictures of entrees. We had 2 Bananas Foster and 1 Flan for desert between the 11 of us. Everyone had just enough after their meal. The Salsa was made fresh at the table to begin with and the chips were replenished throughout the meal, rolls were also brought to the table that were so sweet, several stated they could have been a desert. Our bill for 2 Entrees, 2 soft drinks and the Flan was $41.50 plus tip. I had the Fettuccini with Chicken, the Chipotle was a little spicy for me but had good flavor, my husband had the tenderloin marinated in olive oil and something else, his came with a couple boiled potatoes with a green sauce over and some steamed vegetables."

"After reading several reviews and not wanting to travel too far into town, we found La Posada a few blocks off of the main drag. It was Sunday afternoon and the place was jumping with locals. The food was fantastic and we had fun with the waitress who spoke very little English with us speaking very little Spanish. Service was prompt and the sampler platter was delicious and well prepared. Highly recommend."
