"First, it is occupied by swashbuckling punks. Just fun. The staff is fantastic and needs the time to make sure you get something in your alley. And then if you get it WHAM! Beats your taste buds with an upper, straight right combination. These are the best shrimp I've ever had. You have to come down here and try these things."

"I was looking for a place to have lunch that was a halfway point between two others and myself. It ended up being Hopkins and I picked El Lorito off the map on a whim. Taking that chance worked out great! I thought the staff were very friendly and kept the atmosphere light. Service was quick and the food was delicious. Definitely will be going back. Looking forward to trying more from the menu and the bar."
