"Early rubbed and immediately showed in a very cold looking room, no background music, no atmosphere. just my friend and I'm talking. the waitress came and asked how we booked, my friend advised it was by groupon and said she would have... given reception all details at the booking. the waitress asked for the voucher number that my friend had to look French through her diary when the waitress had slightly checked with the recipe. we were the only ones here! my friend is peskatarian, from which she informed the waitress, who said that there would be cheese and fish sandwiches along with ham and beef. tee came from the stand with sandwiches, scones and cake all saw very beautiful. there were more meat sandwiches than fish and cheese. the ham and bark sandwiches were obviously made with the same application as the thunfish because there was an underlying taste of fish! to draw to the scene (cheese and fruit). they were like small rocks! dry and hard, the waitress changed one, as my friend said, that she had pulled out, the replacement was exactly the same, so that they all remained unleashed. the little cakes were very nice. my friend booked this as tasty as she was before and said it was nice! when we left, she was quite upset and apologized. I found the place to be cold, uninviting and no atmosphere, no matter what. I would not recommend and would definitely not return."

"I have visited The Little Tea House on many occasions for Lunch, and the food has always been lovely, homemade food, lovely soups, sandwiches, cakes, and homemade meals. I went with some friends on Saturday 1st December to one of the Little Tea House's Bistro Nights, our 1st Visit for a Bistro Night, the food was Fantastic, all homemade, my stew was beautiful, which most of us had except one friend had salmon, which she said was equally nice, the desserts were all homemade and just lovely. The whole evening was a delight, homemade food, in a relaxed warm atmosphere, and fantastic attentive staff, we will be returning for the next Bistro Night. A Wonderful place to visit with Great food, and the customer service is excellent, well done to all the team at The Little Tea House."

"We visited five rise curls, but did not know that there were five rise curls cafe. very happy to find the caffe here. beautiful latte hot chocolate. we also had the caramel chocolate brownie. all were very delicious. I'm looking forward to eating something again. extensive menu and cheap. faster friendly service. a rather cold day when we were not busy. we went back today and this time we had dinner. the English breakfast was all very tasty and good value at £5.90 (paid up to 12.30) very happy with eating and service."

"We visited bang on 12 noon and I'm glad we did. By 12.30 pm the pub was full of diners. The fire was roaring beautifully. The atmosphere was lovely. We ordered a sharing platter which was huge, beautifully cooked and good value for money. The staff were warm, welcoming and efficient. There's no wonder this pub is always full inside and also outside in the warmer months. I would highly recommend the Busfeild Arms for all the above reasons and the lovely location."

"I booked here for an overnight stay and got a lovely welcome. Dave was lovely and very helpful. The room was warm, clean and had everything I needed. It's in a perfect locatin for what I needed and the breakfast and service in the morning was super too. I'll definitely book again in the future."

"Unexpected day off with hubby due to vehicle needing garage work, so we decided to go somewhere for brunch. This was the place which came up when searching 'nice cafe in Keighley '. What a great little place! Wasn 't sure when we first went in, simply because we 'd never been before didn 't think such a nice place would be in the centre of Keighley (no disrespect but town centres aren 't usually known for nice cafes, more 'caffs ' . It 's decorated with lots of Italian memorabilia, appears to be a busy well loved place. We ordered two breakfasts, one full, one with only chosen items, a drink each, which came to around £17. Drinks came first coffee was in a large Friends Central Perk cup , nice touch : Only a few minutes later the food came, was exactly what we wanted. Poached eggs were amazing! Decent portions, great food, lovely staff. Will definitely go again!"

"We ordered 2 English breakfasts and 2 teas. It cost around £33.00. Although that is expensive, I would have accepted it if the food was fresh, but none of it was. The food was all shop bought and processed. Processed hash browns, processed sausages, processed beans. You get the idea! You can't charge those prices and then serve up a completely processed meal. I could have gone to Aldi myself and brought it for a fraction of the price! The only reason I have given it a 2 star is because the staff were nice. I won't be visiting again."
