"A few good looking vegan options. They were pretty busy, but the staff was very smiling and efficient. Eating was crispy, and my friend regrets the great option on the pancakes! No milk costs extra. Soya should be a free replacement and then fees for others, if necessary. This is my only negative. Updated by previous review on 2023-04-30"

"The Silly Sausage is exactly what it claims to be; a simple British cafe. It has no pretensions of being anything else and is a simply magnificent example of it's kind. Carefully prepared simple foods at excellent prices with no pretentious faffing around, frankly this looks ready to become one of my most favourite places for a fry up."

"Best Wetherspoons hands down! The staff are all so welcoming and helpful, in particular Paulette, who with me being a regular known customer often brings me a coffee cup to my table before even ordering! Now that's what you call great awareness and customer service! Coffee is just 99p free refills all day and delicious. I work here 2-3 half days a week and set up on the second floor upstairs which is much better suited for workers, with the booth-like screens, plug sockets, and quieter vibe than downstairs which is much more of a pub vibe. Love being able to pop down the round from our house and spend time here for such amazing prices on food and drink. I'd be lost if this place ever closed! Keep doing what you're doing!"
