"Don 't judge a book by it 's cover. First time to visit. Found a booth. Ordered our food from the scan app. Went to bar to order a nice libation. Tipped 30%. Went back to get water. The inside self serve water service was empty. I WAS DIRECTED TO THE OUTSIDE WATER. The immediate outside self serve water service was empty. Remember, my first visit. Ok. it happens. I asked the person in camo that I tipped 30% for taking my drink order 5 minutes earlier if she could assist me with water, infirming her both stations were empty. She told me there were other water stations across the parking area. She directed me with a nod of her head. Said she was too busy doing something else. 3 OTHER employees behind the bar and what appeared to be an MOD. (manager on duty), so 4 employees. I saw at least 2 on the floor. At that moment, no one in line behind me, nor waiting in front of me. While I am not wheel chair bound. I have MS. Uneven ground and unsteady gait are very difficult in a flare. SHE COULD HAVE SAID, THE self service WATER WILL BE REFILLED IN A FEW MINUTES OR WE WILL BRING WATER TO YOUR TABLE in a few minutes. THE IDEA THAT YOU TELL A CUSTOMER YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO ASSIST WITH WATER IS UNACCEPTABLE. Her words: I can 't help you. You will have to get your water else where. I told her reluctantly, I have MS and can 't make it safely to the other stations. she repeated, I can 't help you. She was the point person at the register. I have never been treated so poorly in any restaurant. The upside. The food was good. I happen to pass the MOD heading back to my table. She filled my glass with water from the kitchen tap. I was so desparate MY NEXT MOVE WAS THE BATHROOM SINK. DID I MENTION IT WAS 103 DEGREES OUTSIDE? I will never go back. Everyone enjoyed their food but their staff needs serious training. Water sometimes is not just desired but for some people is a necessity."

Starting with scallion pancakes (yum) and ending with my chicken and broccoli (yum again) , the lunch deal (rice, main dish and soup) was very well priced and really delicious. The setting is wonderful--brick walls, and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommend!!"

"Came here for lunch after getting off work early. I'm lucky that I live near by that I can walk here : My server was great and the food was delicious and fresh! I had the Club sandwich with french fries and Raspberry Iced Sweet Tea. Definitely check this place out if you like old school diner style! They have a huge menu to choose from. Even got a to-go cup!"
