"We came at 2pm for their happy hour. Their happy hour menu is reasonably priced and is quite big. We had the beef dip, poutine and coconut popcorn shrimp along with the frozen bellini. The beef dip we told them we were sharing and they were nice enough to split it into two plates for us. The bread tasted like a stale ciabatta. There was enough beef inside but it tasted a bit dry. The dip itself was MUCH NEEDED. It lacked flavour but it satisfactory for the price. The fries were nice and crispy. The poutine didn't have enough cheese curds and the bottom didn't have any gravy sauce on it. But other than that a pretty standard poutine. The coconut popcorn shrimp was crispy. The taste was okay. The frozen bellinis were quite nice. A bit too sweet but delicious and goes well with greasy food like this. Overall the standard is what is expected of White Spot and the price is very reasonable for food nowadays. The service is fast and accommodating."

"I've been here for three years. they have a great breakfast in the offer. Previously he went to slickity jim’s on main and discovered this place right at me. they offer a small salad with their breakfast, good roasted yams and kartoffels and a very good coffee to boot! they only pull back to come when they arrive at sat or sun tomorrow after 10:00. the service here is in order. I have read a complaint in the west ender timeung in vancouver, but they really try to help them. it is not vegetarian, however, so my kosher abiding husband cannot eat here..boo hoo!"

"Came here a few years back for lunch with a girlfriend...was looking for a cheap, dive-y place to kill some time early this morning, remembered the killer prices portions. Stuffed! Got the 5.95 breakfast special...2 eggs done perfectly over easy, hash, bacon, toast unpretentious coffee. Oh, and George Michael on the radio. Can't really ask for more. The decor really sucks, so you don't have to worry about being dressed well. I can see myself frequenting this place if I happen to live closeby, and will definitely come back for the hangover-worthy special."

"Absolutely love going to this place. Great food, nice variety of cocktails and friendly atmosphere. One thing I really like is no matter if it's busy or not, the food tastes the same every single time, not like other places (if you were to go and get the same meal, and it's completely different then what it tasted the first time). Their mac cheese is to die for."

"We decided to go for dinner to White Spot. My wife was craving a burger. We chose this white spot to try a different location.I haven't been to this one in years. The entry was little strange. It is very small. there were a couple of ladies sitting at bench. I peeked around the corner and soon after someone greeted us. They sat us down quickly. not much of a wait . We asked waitress a couple of questions about new menu items. She provided some recommendations. We order our food. Food came out very quick. all was good. Waitress asked how our meals were tasting."
