"By far the fanciest Vietnamese restaurant I have ever tried, but I have no regrets. You definitely want to make reservations way ahead of time since they are so popular. Service was a 10/10. Our waiter knew what he was doing and was so informative of everything on the menu AND off the menu. Yes, you saw that right; if you see photos online of a certain dish, it may not be there the day you dine there. The menu is constantly changing. My friend wanted the oxtail pho and it wasn't on the menu that day, but our waiter knew exactly what she was talking about and said that he can request it to be made since it was still on their takeout menu. As for the food drinks: drinks were good and they did not go overboard with the alcohol Le Fried Chicken Wings were crispy, delicious, and flavorful. Raw oysters were fresh, but not the biggest Grilled Sea Scallops were also fresh and filled with flavors. Sesame Shrimp Toast was so crispy on the outside. I don't know what the sauce that came with it was, but it was such a nice pairing. Pho 75 the Spiced Red Wine Braised Beef was amazing! Not sure if they continued to have the braised beef option, but it is worth the $14. The soup and sauces were so rich in flavor, but it didn't feel too heavy or salty. We even took the soup and braised beef to go since we couldn't finish it. The Pig The Lady is definitely on the higher end in terms of price, but the quality of everything makes it worth it. Truly was a great experience and would recommend anyone to stop by."

"What an incredible experience. The best restaurant on the Island. Family owned we were lucky enough to chat with the very hard working founder who is still at it in his mid seventies. They pay attention to detail and are so friendly and helpful. We loved the crab cakes as a starter and the wine list is great and reasonable. The salad features farm to table vegies and a great dressing. The local fish over the top wonderful ad the duck was superb. The saffron rice and the French baguettes were amazing and I must say the creme brulee is better than anything you have ever had in Europe or the mainland. Just an extraordinary find!"

"The BEST! Do you hear me!?!? Reservations are required, if you don't you will be asked to make a reservation or sit at the bar. (Options are nice) lol Our food assistant (Gilson) was absolutely fantastic! His energy was wonderful the entire time and he was so very knowledgeable about every question we had. Actually the entire staff was great. The ambiance was amazing. The food was delicious. They give you this cheese bread in the beginning before the meal which is so buttery and delicious the water glasses stayed full. When we ordered our meal they came out and they looked like something from out a magazine. They removed the shell from my lobster tail and cut the lamb for easy access. And when it was time for dessert banna foster made at the table and because it was a birthday dinner they gave a delicious piece of cheesecake with the edible Hy chocolate logo on top. If I could have given it 10 stars they would have it. If I was a millionaire I would eat here once a week for the entire experience all over again. Awesome job everyone. @according2teau "

"THEIR SAUCES....but first let me provide some background. My husband and I made a reservation for and early dinner and from the very beginning, everyone we spoke with was so kind and accommodating! We had such a nice evening and decided to order several appetizers and then share an entree. We ordered the ahi katsu, the lobster wontons and the crispy garlic shrimp for the apps and then we ordered the cap meat that was a special tonight for our entree. The ahi katsu was my husband 's favorite however, the soy ginger reduction upon which the ahi katsu was placed.... incredible. We literally sent the plate back wiped clean. Pro tip: ask for extra of the taro buns they give you at the beginning so that you can dip them in the soy ginger sauce! The lobster wontons were my favorite. The wontons came with noodles that were cooked to perfection and the ideal thickness to pick up the *amazing* sauce with which the wontons were served. It was a brown butter miso nage sauce (not sure if emojis translate well on reviews so just in case you get a ? that was a drooling emoji). The crispy garlic shrimp was so fresh didn 't have too much batter. Our entree was delicious and we were both commenting on how it was perfectly salted-not too much and not too little. All in all, the service was amazing, the food was delicious and the validated parking was so convenient!"

"We enjoyed our meal here very much. We had a variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Even though we all requested different spiciness levels, everything came out exactly as requested. The service was exceptional. We were able to have a conversation without being interrupted, but we never had to wait for service and our water glasses were never empty.
