"I feel I must say something. The waitress we had last night (Andrea) was great. She was kind and attentive. However, the manager was now interested in sitting and talking with his friends than helping people that enter. When we came in henonchalantly eventually came over to see this after finishing his statement with his friends. I didn't find that too off becauseit was late at night, and I'm sure it happens a lot (get interrupted in a story, but that's too be expected). What really upsetme, was a nice older gentleman came into the restaurant to buy a bakery item. Now granted, I realize he is not the big spenderthat the restaurant likes to see, but who knows what he could become. The gentleman's supposed to be working the front desk whois in a tie, white button-up shirt, and spiffy looking, look straight at him and completely ignored him standing there. Theolder gentleman tried to get his attention by smiling and nodding, a wave at him, but nothing. The host then proceeded to sitabout two other parties that came into the restaurant and continued to turn his back on the older gentleman, the second time thehost walked right past the older gentleman. Several waitresses also came around the front area, checked out of their shift, andleft. All the while the stood back up and took care of them and set back down ignoring the older gentleman. Several people alsopaid their bill at the checkout counter and left , again the host completely ignoring the older gentleman. It wasn't until Irequested my server who was attentive to us to please serve the gentleman at the bakery about 15 to 20 minutes after he came in,did he finally got a cherry pie that his daughter had recommended he try (so I overheard). The older gentleman then proceeded tostand at the counter trying to pay for the pie with the host again not attending to his needs whatsoever. The host did get upfor two other people from the restaurant who were paying their bills and dealt with them first even tho"

"We were in the mood for coffee around 6pm so wanted to try this place out. Really cool decor. I think they roast beans there but didn 't see it happen. I 'm assuming the roaster and bean bags aren 't just for show. We got two different coffees with flavorings and 2 cinnamon rolls. Both of the coffees tasted the same and couldn 't really tell the flavorings we ordered. If the flavors were there they were so muted we couldn 't even tell there was hazelnut in one. The cinnamon r rolls were ok not the traditional flavor we were hoping for. We had to ask them to warm them since we were eating there. They were very messy so I went back to the counter to ask the same staff that sold us the 2 cinnamon rolls for Forks. She handed me one, I needed to ask for another one. Then I needed to go back to ask for Napkins because there were none anywhere but behind the counter, again stingy on the Napkins and had to ask for two knives because they were just going to give me one. Nice place to drink your coffee and eat food but I don 't think we 'll be going back, not impressed with the coffee and food."

"Panera employees cannot get the orders right. 2 of 2 commands wrong with panera. first at fox river grove gave me brioche instead of chiabatta brot to breakfast sandwich. I went back to fix myself. second order on the crystal lake. the same breakfast sandwich left the cheese. I didn't want me to hold this. too much to do, and I didn't want the personal to keep my order wrong, so I should have to wait in the load until they make a new one every time. I gave two stars because I like their summer coffee/drink deal and this is the only good thing about it so fat."

"The staff is so friendly. After a visit of a few times they began to call me with my name, what I thought it was sweet and personal and I'm sure they don't have to. This is the best Starbucks location around somehow, they just get it right all the time. I can count on my favorite drink being perfect at this point. I've never been disappointed or upset with my coffee. Thank you."
