"I think WOW is quite justified here. Artful chocolatiers are hard to find anywhere in the USA in my experience, but there is one here in the Berkshires. All we have tried at Chocolate Springs is excellent, although we have the wonderful variety of candies and the fact that many are not too sweet. This means a look in the display case will confirm that this chocolate is taken to another level, but the quality of the taste and textures actually corresponds to the artistry of the presentation. As an additional plus, the hand pulled espresso drinks here are better than most other cafés in the region even those who specialize in coffee. Again, WOW easily rolls out a variety of chocolate jumps after sampling: this is the real thing."

"The coffee tasted great and the milk was steamed really well!!! 4 stars out of five because the latte art could improve. Seems like they are the only ones in the area to actually know what they are doing. I?m in the Berkshire for a short period, and I?mhappy to have found this spot."

"Went here for dinner on the way to Tanglewood and would not go back. We were greeted right away by the hostess, who was the high point of the entire visit, and given a nice seat outside which overlooked the woods behind the restaurant as well as a nice view of the mountains across the street. We sat for a bit and looked over the menu, watching other tables around us have food delivered and checked in on before the hostess returned with water and then bread and butter saying the server would be right with us. We continued to wait before our server arrived and deciding not to wait any longer we ordered some drinks and jumped right into the entrees skipping an appetizer. We watched as the other tables around us finished off their dinners, desserts, and departed while we waited for our food and our drinks emptied without being refilled. We recieved our dinner, which I will say was quite good. I got the chicken saltimbocca which was a very nice portion, although maybe slighly too much sauce, but was still quite good. We finished our dinners without the server having returned and eagerly awaited the check so we could leave. Overall I would not recommend although I do again have to say the hostess did an amazing job wearing multiple hats while we were there.
