"After reading all these reviews I feel I must have gone on a bad night. I went to Coquine for the Wednesday Johnny Burgs burger's. Two glasses of wine, a burger, a lobster roll, and some fries over $170 later, I left still tasting the overwhelming saltlick that was called a burger. The service was decent but I felt it was not worth the overpriced and frankly underwhelming meal.Not worth the time or price in my opinion and I won't be back."

"Fabulous food, attentive service, knowledgeable advice on wine. We loved the gravlax, the gnocchi in lobster sauce, the papardelle with lamb ragu, and the skirt steak with romesco and orange. You leave feeling very well taken care of."

"I always loved coming here but my last visit will be my last. Cockroaches on my table so I went to sit outside and there is a rat box outside next to tables while you sit to eat. I waited 20 min for my food after I got my iced cinnamon toast. How long does it take to make a grilled cheese? The sourdough tasted funny and looked different than how it usually is, when I asked they said they changed the bread company that they use. Never again will I come back this place is disgusting! I will be telling all my friends. Such a shame the coffee is so good."

"The food was just ... bad. I had chili relleno, a steak taco, and a chicken enchilada and all three were bad. The passion fruit margarita was fantastic. And my girlfriend said it was way better the other two times she ate there. But I am not going back. Except maybe for another passion fruit margarita ...."

"This was my second time at La Bouche after going in early 2022. Both times I’ve been disappointed- it just doesn’t have the charm you’d hope for given the vibe and pictures. Nice decour minus the many stacks of chairs visible at the back. The food often seems like it was just microwaved in the back although the veggie quiche itself was nicely made. Both times we’ve done the happy hour “choose 1 cheese” deal and while the cheese itself was yummy, they give three small pieces of bread for a table of two (why do restaurants do this haha please throw in another! and some tiny grapes and cherry tomatoes. Not very aesthetically pleasing or the cute small bites you want with wine. Wine on draft was not a hit for us, but we bought a bottle off the menu and that was great. Service was just ok- came around to the table the minute we sat down to take our order and we weren’t ready so then she didn’t come back for a very long time and it was close to impossible to get the check at the end. Got very loud as it filled up. Minor detail but the seats are not comfortable unless you’re at the bar or the green lounge chairs (could use cushioning . Overall just not somewhere I feel the need to come back to again unfortunately."
