"I took a client to dinner, two nights in a row at this establishment. The first night we sat at the bar, and were served by a young woman who thought she was Sarah Silverman. When we returned the next night, the same woman was working . She then proceeded to announce to whole bar area, how much alcohol my client had consumed the night before. Needless to say my client was embarrassed, and it made my working relationship with him a little strained.If I wanted jokes or pithy quips about alcohol, I would have gone to Yuk-Yuk's."

"I've been here a lot. At the beginning I had the Bruschetta that had a good taste. As my main course I had the Greek salad with blackened chicken and the 10oz New York striploin with mushrooms. Typically, I order the cheese salad with blackened chicken, which I find very tasty. I decided to try it this time with Greek salad. It tasted good, although the dressing tasted as if it was bought instead of made in-house."

"I'd tried Ole on Locke St years ago. I wrote a review wherein I expressed my disappointment in the portions and quality as bland. I moved to Stoney Creek a few months back and Ole is located about a block away near Grays Rd on Highway 8. I've eaten there now at least once a week for 9 months. We uisually get the Taco Grande special with an extra Taco Grande. My wife and I agree that the food is good, and the location convenient. Fat B*stard opened recently a couple blocks away and I wrote a bad review of our ordering from there. Ole is fortunate that their food is good, prices reasonable, and that they've no competition who can match them in Stoney Creek. We do recommend Ole for those who enjoy good quality tacos, burritos, fajitas, at decent prices. We both agree though, that Burrito Bandidos in the other end (West end) of Hamilton makes the best burritos and quesadillas in the city. Unfortunately it's a half hour drive so we don't go often and thus it's good Ole is close so we can get our Taco Grandes when we have a desire to eat Mexican style."

"Not much to look at. Tight seating quarters. Swamped at lunch by locals, road crews, etc. Its the local go to place! Honest country eating at reasonable prices, and snappy service. Wide Canadian menu plus an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet to boot. What's more to ask for? Maybe the hot chicken sandwich."
