"My favorite thing on the menu is the Zinger Salad, but the fact is we take our guys there for lunch all the time and everything is good. Big roomy booths , and better than average service during the Covid fallout are a huge plus. At the end of the day have a piece of Captain Jacks icecream cake , you will not regret it??"

"I hate to leave a bad review for one of my favorite restaurants but unfortunately it has come to this point. The white brunette with a country accent (I assume manager or something because she is always there and older than the other employees) needs to be fired. I come at least once a week and on numerous occasions, have seen her disrespect the customers and have a bad attitude. Today, I ordered on the website and upgraded my burrito to a meal. There was no option to make the side queso, only guac, so I put it in the special comments that I wanted queso but it wouldn?t allow me. I arrive and I have guac, so I ask politely about it, and she comes at me with a horrible attitude embarrassing me loudly when I was just trying to ask a simple question. She then charged me $2 for queso, and I asked another employee if there was a price change between the two because I?ve done this multiple times before, and he said ?No, not for the meals?. So I was charged and embarrassed for no reason. Please fix your website to allow queso as a side for ?Make It A Meal? , and get rid of that lady and her horrible attitude. If you need to know who was working, I came in on 5/18 at 1:42 PM."

"Has a challenge for food. the cook overloads the challenge, although he says it is 6lbs. completely lied to the men I saw on video that challenge because he knew who he was when someone is very smart, they don't give them a harder test than the next guy for the same cost. it is called fair treatment, and this place makes it wrong. I don't trust anyone trying to cheat people without reason. slimy resteraunt and cook. do not support this resteraunt unless they want to provide a transparent explanation for their foul game. throw them up. you're a cook and can't get a job. but this is pathetic and sad as yours live."
