What User likes about Chili's Grill:
First, I like eating at chili 's, they have great burgers. However, I called to make reservations for a big party, was told no reservations were needed but may need to wait on arrival. When my party arrived, we were asked. why I didn 't call for a big party? We didn 't wait long, we weren 't in a hurry. Waitress/service was a little slow, kind of figured it would be. But great food! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Service at this restaurant seemed much better prior to the pandemic. You would think service would’ve improved since restaurants are wanting people to return to support their establishment. I ordered Cajun Shrimp Pasta and yes, there is a food shortage but it also appears to be a portion shortage as well…I feel if I dined inside verses ordering to-go, my portion size would’ve been much larger.
