"Supermarket Burger place where they do chicken and vegan options as well as your typical beef. If you have tickets for the cinema, they will do a limited selection of dishes for £10.95 for 2 people. You can add extra chicken or beef for about another £3-4. If you see a budget, go for the unlimited beverage refill option. Food was cooked OK. Service was punctual and punctual."

"We were here and were looking forward to eating tasty injera and curries just to find that the Ethiopian place that was here earlier disappeared. that is above all a bar. As other reviews have found, the menu is small, although completely vegan and vegetarian (all items can be made vegan). "For many years I would go to pierre’s every day and order the same smoked salmon with butter and lemon juice on a white baguette. between 2011-2013 but then I started working. in the strange opportunity I would jump back in and order the same. a few weeks ago I left reading for the last time. I went in and they remembered me! They even remembered what I had ordered. thanks, pierre. Hundreds of baguettes and no one complaining!"

"The problem is the lack of service. There are plenty of staff but they just walk aimlessly around the floor being careful to avoid eye contact with the hapless patrons. It was Saturday at 1800 and the restaurant was at appx 40% capacity. We were shown to a table but the kinda 'managerial ' lady failed to say any comforting words like 'I will get you some menus ' or 'the waitress will be with you very soon ' She said nothing at all. The standard of English generally was poor but I suppose the clue is in the name. we sat for 10 mins and then asked a passing waitress for some menus and drinks and immediately ordered hummus with bread, we waited a further 15 minutes and nothing arrived especially not what could have been expected such as a waitress saying 'we are sorry, blah ' or 'your order will be with you shortly ', no words! once again stopped a passing waitress and mentioned our orders as well as ordering main courses, a further 10 mins lapsed and we received all the food and drinks together crowded on the tiny table. Not Good. So the relaxing evening turned into a quest to solve the mystery, staff surplus plays non existent service if I owned I would cut the 'waiting ' staff by 50% they all think that someone else will do 'it ' whatever the 'it ' may be. Mystery solved ! the kitchen is busy making and the manager himself packing for all the deliveries 'to go ' which obviously take priority over the lucky guests who are charged 12.5% 'service ' when there was none at all. The decor of masses of colourful plastic flowers is actually quite effective and the food of average quality however a 'mixed grill ' for £19 consisted only of 2 small skewers of 'minced 'lamb and 4 tiny pieces of chicken, portions should have been appx 50% larger to be reasonable value for money .Maybe slack approach is a Lebanese thing, for my part if there was no 'service charge ' I wouldnt have written this review. Suggest they make tips discretionary or seriously up their game."

"Excellent service, good vegan brekkie and plenty of options for a variety of dietary needs. Fairly pricey at £10 but a good mix of baked beans/mushrooms/tomatoes/hash brown/falafel/greens&peppers/toast apparently covered with vegan “bacon” plus £3 for coffee. Next time I may try a smaller, cheaper mix of breakfast extras. I sent the meal back to heat up but this was not a problem and staff were friendly and attentive. Fairly lively atmosphere but not too loud and staff were very active in dealing with a situation where a customer became ill and collapsed (he recovered)."
