"Absolutely loved the atmosphere of this small family owned Italian restaurant. Very friendly staff. The owner even came out to great us and several other customers. Gave me an at home vibe. The food!! The food was amazing. The serving sizes are big. I ordered the chicken cacciatore and side of veggies. I was in love with every bite. The bathrooms where clean and the dinning area also very clean. The whole place was warm inviting and delicious. I wish I could have thanked the owner and the chef!!"

"The entree I requested was being made fresh, which I appreciate but having ordered in the drive thru, would love to be told so I can choose another option and not hold everyone up.When given the bag in a clear rush due to the time it took to cook the item, the entree box wasn’t closed and the contents immediately spilled all on the inside of the bag, boiling hot and melting the plastic. Onto the inside of the car.I ordered more than one dish and got one fork, and the sprite had zero syrup and was only carbonation. When I contacted the store I got “oh sorry, is that all?”It’s just the small steps that can make or break an experience. You broke it."

"I came here for dinner after playing soccer, so I arrived tired and hungry. I used my saved up points to get a McChicken, but the guy 2 vehicles ahead of me had to have this whole conversation at the first window. Like if he wanted to, he could've pulled forward and figured things out without stopping the whole line. So I jumped out of line and told the second window I wanted a McChicken, showing them the app, which now had a different number. The manager, Geo talked to me and told me to pull to one of the spots and just come in, so I did and he gave me my McChicken. Then I noticed the app had taken out points for 2 McChickens, so I told Geo that it was my fault for cutting in line and to take his time getting me the second one. He took a little time, but was true to his word. Geo is a good manager, he was in a tough spot with everyone complaining and he took care of me. Thank you, Geo."
