"Chips and salsa were good, food came fast and hot, tasted good, and beers were cold. Asked for a side salad and got the plate of guacamole, sour cream and tomatoes. Waitress seemed a little uninterested, but that's okay, I kind of came late. Overall a good eating experience."

"What have I been missing? Obviously, beautiful Mexican ambiance, music and food. The traditional décor and family friendly ambiance is a great ideal place to celebrate special occasions. They had mirachi band and so many tables were celebrating birthday. Inside the restaurant was loud music but we didn’t mind at all. It felt nice to be in lively place although I know some would disagree that was right decision. I would say, it was nice seeing the restaurant packed crowded especially they suffered a lot in pandemic. The staffs had mask on. And they were friendly too. I’ve never seen Buddha at any Mexican restaurant. That was interesting to see at this Mexican restaurant. El Tapatio offers full service cantinas for thirsty tongue with some of the tastiest margaritas. I loved their drinks. They serve customers with delicious foods, free salsa and chips. I highly recommend their fish tacos. My kids loved their chicken strips with french fries. Your stomach won’t be disappointed with the generous servings and neither will your wallet with the prices. "This reminded me of a Denny's with slightly different menu and decor. And beer. A basket of bread was delivered to the table right away, nice touch. Prices are ok. Our waitress was Mary Ann, and she was awesome. I took a chance on the Grecian pork chops. I received two huge chops, one of them was undercooked. The other one was alright. I should have gone with the blackened chops. Her bacon was perfect. Crisp and delicious. Crepes were given a thumbs up. The food gets three stars, Mary Ann five stars. I give it a total of three and half but rounded up for the great service."
