"The menu is designed by Raymond Blanc. Everything was cooked to perfection as should be expected. I had Cornish Crab, Chateaubriand, Buttered Kale and a Poached Pear desert followed by an Old Fashioned . I left feeling extremely satisfied. Delicious."

"We are indeed pleased with the service and food offered by the students,hence a revisit. The supervisor was happy to receive our comments. We are usually given a form to fill but this time it was not to be. Our overall experience was good. My...only comment this time was that the lighting was rather dim which made the ambience a little dull. A bright dining area is always refreshing. Hope they will brighten up the place. My wife has booked for christmas lunch with a group of her friends"

"Went here for the first time and found it very shabby. The Carlton stinks of chlorine from the indoor pool and the air was bad because of it. The Carlton is run down and needs help. The meal we had was awful, with very fatty...pork, rock hard broccoli that no knife or fork could get through etc and we couldn't wait to get out of there. Would never go again. Staff not very efficient. My advice is go elsewhere."
