"I was disappointed. we visited Valentine's Day. I had a reservation in the week before for 2 people. when we arrived, the host/owner asked the two people of us to select their table from 3 available. he didn't even get her on the table. then he left without telling us he was back. When he came back, he didn't greet us. he just asked the name. then he murmured under his broad that he was surprised, so many of the reservations had actually appeared. similar to the couple before us, he asked us to choose our table. the waiter was very nice, but not very good. after the order, our salads came out 20 minutes later. the salate were good, but after the completion the server asked me to keep my original fork and knife (covered in the dressur) as there is no cleaner cutlery. on this point they think likely, well it was Valentine's Day. they were probably busy. that was not the case. the restaurant was full, but it wasn't crazy. after approx. 1 hour the server came by to tell us that eating was right, but after 3 times it was kind of a sweat. our food arrived 1.5 hours after sitting. the server finally came to apologise that the chef cried because he was too busy. the food itself was very average (btw, I like a lot of different food and am not a food. the point where my expectations were correct for the region). I think the restaurant suffers from a lot of problems that were not unique in the night we went. it lacks ease. the food is in the average. the operations. I will not come back personally until the things have changed considerably."
