"Siamo stati cinque giorni a Colmar e abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel. Avevo letto le recensioni molto positive sul ristorante, quindi abbiamo deciso di provare subito : servizio efficiente e personale molto disponibile. Vino ECCELLENTE (il migliore che abbiamo bevuto in Alsazia). La cucina propone piatti tipici del territorio a un prezzo modesto (sicuramente meno caro dei ristoranti del centro). Inoltre offre la possibilità di servirsi al buffet sia di salato sia di dolci."

"We started good with tasty starters, but main dish was disappointing. Beef pie and pork knuckle were much below our expectations, salad on side was dry, with no sauce or olive oil on it. Pie meat was tasteless... Very big plus for service, very friendly and careful."

"For me it was under the line an experience with two one-star courses (foie gras and pastrami, the latter with light smeared) and the other two at 2 to 3 stars level. under the line an excellent experience and the for €69 p.P. as well as corresponding glassy wines for just as reasonable rides. for 2 people I landed at €200. My accompaniment has asked me more than once if we can't go back to Kolmarien."

"The restaurant to do at all costs! experience more than wonderful, just perfect for one last night in colmar and return the belly and heart full of good memories! the dishes are super good and very copied, the wine map is absolutely magnificent, we have tasted 4 different (mainly the Ginglinger-Fix domain) all the more tasty than others! the place is charming and warm and the team is really at the top, in the little care and excellent advice!
