"Ryan was an amazing server! Made this experience 10 times better. Just finished eating here and had to leave a review because he should be acknowledged. Was very attentive, provided us with refills as soon as he saw needed, and made sure we had everything we need/ asked for, in order to eat our meals hot as requested. Even after we paid, he continued to check on us to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. I also noticed him helping out other servers. He truly deserves employee of the month with the excellent service he provides. I've been to this location before and haven't had a better experience. Great job Ryan. Hope you are recognized for your excellent service! I will continue driving an hour to this location and ask for you for future events. Food was amazing, rolls were hot and delicious, sweet potato and baked potato were very good smothering your steak made it so flavorful. Highly recommend paying extra for the mushrooms/onion etc."

"Great Food, Excellent Ambiance Superb Service. I took my wife there for her birthday yesterday. We had reservations for 5pm. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and promptly seated at 5pm. Our server was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Her name is Tristen and I'd recommend asking for her (only if you want really good service lol). We both ordered the Filet Mignon and I also had Scallops. The steaks were delicious, the scallops grilled and seasoned to perfection. The ambiance with the live jazz player was perfect (not to loud, not too soft). Overall, the Toasted Barrel is the perfect upscale restaurant we needed in Corona and we highly recommend."

"I'm not sure why this facility currently has a 4.7 star rating... her sushi is not good at all. The fish tasted old and the water they give me was unfiltered city water. I had stuff from her happy hour choice, it was more like sad hour indignation. I won't see you tomorrow."
