"This place has a good reputation and we were thrilled to try. I've never seen this bad service and kitchen staff in my whole life. My son was served chicken nuggets that were raw in the middle. When we politely pointed out that the waitress apologised, but then the same plate that appeared as a microwave and was still underboiled. This is the stuff of kitchen night rooms! At the end of the meal we took my daughters pizza away and it was folded together and clamped into a tiny collection container to be ruined. We wondered if this was intentionally at a certain point, my husband wanted to give me a break from the translation for all on this trip and ordered for us (he does not really speak French), but as a resort city I imagine is mainly financed by tourist dollars, this seems strange. We talked to the owner at the end of the evening, who seemed to be serious and apologised, removed the suspicious nuggets from the bill, and I even think talked to the kitchen, but I don't want anyone else to have this experience and was was wasting €120 on an openly mediocre pizza. I've never checked anything in Google before, but this was an answer. I hope they can improve their kitchen and waiters so that the city can enjoy a decent Italian meal."

"We were a group of 6 visiting Leysin, and wanted to go for a drink. Davinda looked pretty cool, but it was empty in that night. We walked in anyway. 15 minutes before they had to close, the manager brought us the bill and said straight away: "Girls, you have to go, because you are not the ones that keep my business running, but the students." So is he only good to the students?! We still had 15 minutes, and we were all in our second drink. Then we told him that, and that we were going to finish our drinks and go and that in 15minutes we would be out of the bar, and he was very rude toward us, he said he didn't need us for anything because he has the students that go there and spent fortunes and not just like a bill of 112CHF like ours! What!? Because we are not students, we don't have the right to be treated like people and customers?! And he also made racist comments on our "stupid" accents like he said. Never again. Hope that the students are aware of this. And they should be careful, he only likes them because of their money."

"This restaurant is one of the favorite restaurants of the workers in Leysin. Good prices, great food. But if you want to have a really nice experience, it is not the best place to go to Leysin. Decoration is terrible, very old. The lady is not very friendly. And food is good, but very simple. In summer, children can play outside on the terrace."
