"That is my way to restaurant for sushi, it is wonderful. I also love the Teppanyaki grill. they always have a great customer service and a wonderful atmosphere. my family has never been disappointed with eating. we have been coming to the restaurant for at least 10 years. I highly recommend they will not be disappointed!"

"Love it! the logo on the sign was the first thing to catch my eye when I drove down the prince anne road, so I saw it. this is now one of my favorite spots and it may be too cool for this city. the eclectic 70s and 80s rock vibe is incredibly cool. the retro drinking glasses and the things they find around their 80's kitchen have really brought me back in time. I loved the nostalgia of the place. the personal was friendly and started chatting with us as if we were old friends. the menu includes some unique and interesting menu items that use locally purchased food and meat and the chef really delivered. the portions are great for the price and not only the presentation of the food ingenious, but the taste was also amazing. I don't think they can go wrong here if they want this unique experience with some of their favorite foods."

"Review is for the new fujiya house they have new management starting February 1st. Went in today had a great experience they are still working out some kinks with google etc but they are open everyday now ! They also offer online ordering as well may be coming to Uber and door dash later. Updated phone number was submitted for them and unfortunately I forgot to get some photos of the menu. They will do the bento boxes on the weekend (3 bucks more). Food is excellent the soup has way more flavor then it used too under old management . Sushi is still great this is the best Japanese restaurant in the Fredericksburg area. Will be back for birthdays, events and lunch. Manager is a great guy. Lots of options excellent sushi portions and great flavor. Enjoy!"

"I took my mother for her first visit for her Birthday; even though her food was cooked to perfection and my filet was overcooked and I was offered to redo but I declined because I wanted to eat at the same time and did not wish to wait any longer. This was not my first visit and never had an issue until then."

"The food was exceptional and the service was outstanding! The bacon wrapped dates were amazing! Sushi was fresh and had a great presentation. The sea bass and wood grilled mushrooms were to die for.
