"This was probably one of the most unfortunate experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived around on a Wednesday. The server took our drink and food order and at that time we mentioned that we were waiting for one more person. Our drinks arrived and...our missing party arrived and she ordered her meal as well. At the point the server told us that she hadn’t put in our meal order yet as she was waiting for her. Our app came, and all was fine. Our meals had not arrived yet and another server asked us if we needed anything so we ordered more drinks. Almost an hour later our meals arrived. out of orders was correct. She left the correct meal on the table, and other plates came out to our table. None of which were what we had ordered. The server then took our orders again and sent them to the kitchen. About minutes after this, she came it to inform me that they didn’t have the ingredients to make my meal, after ordering it for the first time over an hour ago and that it wasn’t her fault that they had ran out of the ingredients, but that my beverage was at no charge, but I would have to order something else. After almost hours, we still still didn’t have food on our table. About minutes later, our food came out, we ate. We waited for a good more minutes after everyone was finished eating before we had to promt a server to bring us our bill. Our bill arrived, we paid, and then we realized that we had been given a completely different bill. It was very evident that our tables had been mixed up twice. We had to then wait to get a refund on the incorrect bill before our bill was corrected. After and a half hours, we left so disappointed. The environment was great, and their beer was good, but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. I would never eat here again."

"No website, which is surprising. (at least we never found it. We called at supper time (around 6 p.m. to make a reservation: no response (a Saturday evening!! We didn't leave a voicemail (thinking that it wouldn't do anything) and we were elsewhere Guess who called us back around 9:45 p.m. ???? The restaurant.. I couldn't believe my eyes. The call disturbed me in my sleep, and I should have answered them to hear their argument. But luckily they at least had the judgment not to leave a voicemail. Customer service is important to me, so the best thing that happened was that we didn't go there to cheer them on."

"I've often had the opportunity to break the crust at this Vietnamese restaurant, the best I think is a treat. excellent value for money. Henri, the Cambodian server, offers excellent service...Yes, yes, you can bring the children there. a pity that I leave the area to settle in saguenay, a beautiful region, but where there is nothing comparable."

"I have been to this restaurant at least 4 times since they have opened and have always enjoyed my experience. There are 2 sides to this restaurant, one is family side and the other is pub or bar side. There is also entertainment on Saturday nights which I have not been to yet. Since the first time I went, the food has always been very good and tasty, it is not complicated and not an extensive menu, but what I did have was always very tasty and served hot and in a timely manor. The servers are very friendly and do what they can to accomodate you. The restaurant is also very clean. On a few of my visits, to my surprise, the only thing missing was an ice bucket for the bottle of white wine. So, I did ask to have a large pitcher for water brought to the table with a lot of ice in it to replace the ice bucket. This place is very new so I did find out about the buckets and they have been ordered. They should have them soon. All in all, I recomend this place for both families with children and also the bar side for adult gatherings. They also have beautiful banquet rooms and will be opening the hotel section very soon :) You have to try it. I love it there and actually am going there tonight for my husbands birthday... so 5 times now... :)"
