"Bottom Line: Excellent food and environment, but questionable service. This was our first time to visit One Eleven. We are massive fans of the Capital Bar Grill as well as the general vibe of the hotel. So, we have always wanted to try One Eleven, especially after hearing such great things about their brunch. When we arrived, it took us about 10 minutes to get the attention of the hostess. In her defense, she seemed to be addressing some sort of a situation. Once we were seated, it took our waitress a good bit to come by. While she was kind, she was generally inattentive. Our food, however, was excellent. The eggs Benedict and the Salmon eggs Benedict were both spot-on, truly some of the best we’ve had. The coffee was also very good. It was an overall good experience; it was just a bit disheartening to feel like an afterthought to the waitstaff. We are going to give it another try at some point to see if the service improves."

"Is this the best restaurant in Little Rock.... I wouldn't argue with you if you said yes. The bruschetta was not bruschetta at all. We don't like bruschetta, but this was more like an Italian fondue. It was amazing. I'm glad we saw it on another table and asked what it was, because the menu doesn't hint to this at all. The new York strip was fantastic. The ricotta cheesecake was also amazing."

"Ordered 2 dinner sirloin meals with salads and loaded baked potatoes at noon October 31. Just a handful of people in restaurant. Server only brought one salad he stayed in the back so you couldn’t get his attention finally got his attention asked for the other salad which took 15 minutes for him to bring that to the table. Steaks were brought to the table one was pretty good size the other was small I know they did not compare in weight both were burned one was to be medium rare which on the inside was rare and cold again the outside of the steaks were burnt could barely cut them they were so crisp. The small steak was supposed to be medium well and it was cooked well done no flavor at all asked for steak sauce once I got attention to the server again He went and cleaned a table off before he brought us the steak sauce. Then instead of bringing the bottle of steak sauce he brought one small little container not even half full. There was another table that had three bottles of steak sauce on their table however we got a real small little butter container not even halfway full of the steak sauce. He never came to ask if everything was OK or ask if we needed more tea which are empty glasses were on the edge of the table so that if he ever walked by he could see but again he never walked by because he was always in the back area and then when he would come out I would have to raise my voice and put my hand up to get his attention. Potatoes were to be loaded baked potato which neither had cheese on them and barely any green onion or butter. I asked for a to go box he brought one walked off waited 20 minutes to get attention to another person sweeping floor to please get our server to bring the ticket. He came put on table walked again to back and we never saw him again. When I say in the back I mean in the kitchen area. He was very rude not a good server the food was not good and no flavor and I will not go back there again. Ended up giving our steaks to our dogs since we could barely cut with knife due to being burnt. Server was so slow I was having to track him down repeatedly that we did not leave the establishment until after 1:00 when we ordered at noon."
