"An unexceptional breakfast with coffee that was one of the worst in town. So, so disappointed. Have given this potentially fantastic venue two chances now having tried dinner last week... had to go and ask for service from one of the 5 staff having a confab behind the bar. We were one out of two tables dining (same this morning). Won't be back."

"As the tittle explains we were looking for a quick meal which we got and the waitress was happy and had sound knowledge but would not return as too plain and food came to quickly so not convinced it was prepared in a proficient manner...microwave???,"

"My husband and I had lunch at Chong Co Thai. The food was fresh and delicious, they have a unique lunch menu which you can choose from. You choose a rice/noodle, a sauce and what ever protein you would like and they make it for you. The normal menu is also available. The service was fast and friendly and the cost was very reasonable."

"We had a booking for midday last Friday and arrived to find the place cold and miserable. we were mostly ignored and finally sitting in the big plastic jam. the tables were grubby, the floor is worse. the single heating was not on and the room was. positiw ark. to this wonderful ambiente were added the budding empty milk boxes, boxes and restaurant ephemera around us. I had to go through more restaurant junk and ask if a menu was available and a single plastic coated sheet was reluctantly pointed to me that I could take. I took it back to the table where we discovered the usual 5 dinge that are offered in any other caffe in canberra. we decided not to stay. the manager and the personal must stand back and have a good look at how their grubby and badly presented caffe look for all others. presentation, cleanliness and service need some work. we were for a birthday lunch look. we didn't find it here."

"Yum! Yum! Yum! As I write this review, my mouth begins to water, as I think of the amazing food that this place dishes consistently out! The beautiful staff who run this delicious facility are patient and helpful and every meal I had was perfect. Your vegan menu is delicious and so clever, you wouldn't even know that it was vegan when nobody told you. Your vegan days are also great and wonderful to have in the community! It is nice to support a local business and a great thing"

"We had a family wedding reception at Edgars in their upstairs function room. Whilst it is only a small space, it was perfect for an intimate wedding setting. The staff were great, the food was very good and the service was excellent. I would recommend hosting events like birthday parties or work functions at Edgars. Pricing for the event was also very reasonable. The only downside is there isn’t a lot of on-site parking so on the weekends it can be hard getting a park right at the location, but there’s plenty of street parking within 5 minutes walking distance"

"Hands down, best Asian in North Canberra! The food is fresh, full of flavour and the best bit.. 100% MSG FREE! Having a boyfriend who is intolerant to MSG, finding an Asian restaurant that doesn't use MSG has been near impossible, until now : I highly recommend this place! It doesn't look like much, it's take away only but it's absolutely delish!"
